Spectra Franchising terms
The Franchisor (Spectra)
- Spectra as a franchiser will provide technical and business guidelines to start the office.
- Spectra will find, interview and appoint the perfect employees for your office.
- As an franchiser, Spectra will train your employees in technical as well as business areas to handle any kind of clients or business.
- Spectra will do marketing and brand promotion activities all Kerala wise, where you will also be supported with the brand promotion and business enquiries coming from your prescribed area.
- As the key IT supporter, Spectra will execute and deliver all areas of works your office collects.
- Spectra will bill all kinds of works your office gets.
The Franchisee (You)
- As a franchisee, you have to find an office with at least 200 sqft space, necessary furniture, internet facility, and computer.
- The franchisee needs a minimum of 3 telecaller or sales persons.
- The franchisee have to pay Rs. 25000 as the franchise fee.
- The franchisee have to meet the overheads of the office (Staff salary, Rent, Electricity, internet, etc)
- The franchisee does not need a GST registration, where as Spectra as a franchisor will bill the clients for you.
Benefits & other details
- 40% of the billing amount of each bill we do will be transferred to the franchisee's account at the end of each month, which is your profit.
- 5 years is the minimum period of franchise.
- The franchisee will get the deposit back after one year of the establishment of the office as adjustment in each bill.
